iphone 8 plus notifications not working

Notifications are not working on my 8 plus. I have iOS 11.0.3. I have checked all apps to make sure the notifications are turned on, and they are. My new phone is set up just like my 6 plus, so everything is the same and I was receiving all notifications before I got the new phone. What is the fix for this?
