Apple ID Blank screen.

When i want to login into my Apple ID account, i got Blank Screen.
On my pc and safari on iphone.Please help me.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2

See if this helps.

When I sign in Apple ID site, it opens me only blank white site and nothing happens??
