We live in Holland. I have a Dutch Apple ID and my wifi a Belgian Apple ID.
I want invite her to my home in Homekit but it doesn’t work.
Is it possible that I can’t invite some one with a foreign Apple ID?

My understanding is that you cannot. All must have Apple IDs for the country in which they reside. Your wife can get a Dutch Apple ID but she won't be able to transfer anything purchased or downloaded using her Belgian ID.

Thank you for the answer.
The problem is solved now with the latest update. It was the software bug in iOS 11.2.
Everything works now and ..... you can invite a foreign Apple ID.
