"System" uses half of my storage

Apple claims that iOS 11.2 uses just under 2GB of storage. NOT 8GB! I heard that restoring your iPhone from a backup will erase unnecessary system files, e.g. previous versions of iOS, logs, etc. Is this true? And if I did, would my game levels and stuff be saved in the backup, or would I have to start fresh?

Thanks

Hi

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi

Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

Cheers
