when is the next ios update? my iphone 8 on the ios 11.2 is worse than my iphone 5c

I hope im not the only one. Battery draining, weird icon glitches, wifi not working (it keeps disconnecting and doesnt wanna reconnect).

All this after exchanging my iphone 8 because it came with dents out of the box TWICE.

Man im starting to think apple is not worth paying $700 for.
