iOS 11 WiFi is slow

iOS 11 WiFi is slow

Since ios 11 all devices have a slow wifi connection and speedtest only about 20Mbit of 200Mbit. Reset network setting and iPhone to factory setting did not bring. On iOS 10 I had full speed.

What is going on there? Apple products have only broken software ??
