Family sharing page loading error?

Hello,

I am having an issue with adding my iCloud account to a family sharing plan. When my family member invites me, I get a message link to go to to add myself to his plan. But whenever I click the link (on iPhone and Mac) it says "There was a problem loading this page. Try again or come back later."

I've tried signing out of iCloud and signing back in but it didn't work, and the error happens if I use the invite in safari on my mac. Does anyone know why this error is happening?
