I accidentally downloaded an app called by motive or by notifier. I do not want it or need it. Can I please get a refund on this back to my account.

We are not associated with Apple and Apple does not monitor or answer these forums. If you wish to try to get a refund, you are going to have to contact Apple and see if they will give you a refund. This however, isn't guaranteed, but you can certainly try.
