Can't easily add multiple contact from same company into "Contacts" app

I can't believe there isn't a "create new contact from existing contact" function in Contacts ... Copying and pasting only grabs one field at a time - lame. Saving the first v-card and then importing it back in is also cumbersome. Come on Apple, you can do better!
