My iphone 7 wont let me accept terms and conditions for new icloud
Keeps saying I need to accept terms and conditions but when i click on agree it just goes back and asks me again. Help!

Thanks for that. I logged in this evening to say I have solved the problem. I turned icloud off, restarted the phone and signed back into icloud and bingo, it was gone. Quite proud of myself for curing my own problem as Im a bit of a dummy with technology. Thanks for your help and have a merry christmas.
Try restarting the device -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
Done that, I have tried an earlier restore from another iphone 7 I used to have and its still happening.
