I have hundreds of apps on my iPhone. Admin all these apps (move, delete, order or reorder) is very difficult from the iPhone.
How I can move, delete, order or reorder my apps on my iPhone from my MacBook or iMac? Are some desktop app to do all faster and easy?

While you have to manage your apps directly on your phone now, there are Apps in the App Store, which may give you a bit more control. Here's one for example: AppButler - App Organizer on the App Store
There used to be a way to do it in iTunes but that feature was removed. As far as I know, you have to do it the slow way.
