Did you purchase the iPad used? The seller should have wiped it clean before selling it to you.
Did you import a backup from someone else's iPad or iPhone? That would put their Apple ID on your iPad.
Did you allow someone else to download anything using their Apple ID? That would embed their Apple ID on your iPad.

Go to the top right part of the page and click People. When the page loads, type vik655 in the search box. When the result loads, look on the right side and make sure it doesn't show Following.
