Lost my Activity datas....

I restored my phone from a recent Itune back-up but lost all my activity datas. Anyone knows why?

Hi


Historic Health and Activity data is stored on your paired iPhone, not on your Apple Watch.


In order to retain such data when restoring your iPhone from a backup, you must restore it from an encrypted backup.

Health and Activity data is not included within unencrypted backups.


iCloud backups are encrypted as standard. When backing up using iTunes, backups are only encrypted if the option to "Encrypt iPhone backup" has been selected:
