contacts 11.0 print problem

Printing envelopes doesn't print the font, color, style, size as shown in print preview which I changed from default? This is OS 10.13.1, Contacts 11.1. Worked on a previous OS last year. Failure in on two different Canon printers.

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
