My time machine saying that my disk is full. I have a 2 TB disk and it should be deleting when disk is full. I went into time machine and there is nothing past Oct 17.. So, looks like it isn't backing up anything. So, why is my external hard drive full?

I see one but I can't go in the past... like I am able to see only real time?
Interesting, that's definitely not expected behavior and you should contact Apple support.
Have you BOOTED into SAFE MODE using the SHIFT Key?
You may need to do some research on "rsync"
DO YOU have an SSD ? if not;
Have you tried erasing free space?
