Just invited my husband to join our family Apple Music account - he cannot access any music and always gets the following message "This Apple Id is only valid for use in the Canadian Store" - We are ALL in Canada, Our credit card addresses - everything. HELP please
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2
Check Settings > iTunes & App Stores > [Apple ID] > View Apple ID > Country/Region on all family-related iOS devices (especially your husband's - assuming he's using an iOS device to do the family sharing and not iTunes on a computer). Double check they all point to Canada.
Thank you - but We had already checked that everything on his Phone 7+ was 'Pointing' to Canada... not sure what else to do
I'm not sure either --- unless someone in the Family also uses iTunes on a computer and/or a non-Canadian credit card.
