How do I remove the e-mail account "Senior Discounts"?

This email account just appeared on my iPhone. I don't have this e-mail account and I want to remove it from my phone. I've tried removing it and I can't seem to get this removed. Please help me.

Go to settings > general > profiles and remove the profile first.
