Deduplication App?

I have two 4TB hard drives with 3 or 4 folders (500Gb +/-) which are copies of each other. Some of the folders have newer files in them. Is there a deduplication app or software that can compare these 3/4 folders and move all those files and folders into 1 folder with only the most recent of up-to-date files?

I don't know of a software that'll do what you want; maybe someone else does - the easiest way I can think of is to simply delete the "older" folders completely and either manually drag a newer copy over or use TM or CarbonCopyCloner to make a backup - in this case, both are probably an overkill and the manual method appears to be the easiest.
