Apple TV 4K

My new Apple TV 4K is always saying connection lost even though all my other devices work just fine or it will just go black I have restarted it and cleared the background and the problem continues

I have tried it on both 2.4 and 5 WiFi most of my other devices are running on the 2.4 side of my router
