boot camp assistant error message

I have a Macbook Pro early 2015 that I installed bootcamp on a few months back. I am currently running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

I am running out of disk space and wish to remove the partition, but I keep getting the error "the startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition".

I've searched this forum for answers but I've still been getting the same error message. If anyone has any answers it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In Terminal,

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC1 disk0s4

diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ BCMP disk0s4 disk0s5

diskutil list

If you see only disk0s4, then

diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s4

and now run BC Assistant and click on Restore/Remove.

If you any error messages, post the output of the terminal session.

And, you now have a missing Recovery HD. Did you erase the Recovery HD?

Can you post the output of

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

BC Assistant will not touch this disk since you have Bootcamp (disk0s4) and Untitled (disk0s5). How did you get the these last partition (disk0s5) on your Mac?

I think I might have created it accidentally while trying to reverse bootcamp. There is nothing on it, how can I remove it?
