How can I restore my files? I’m new to this pls help 😢

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

If you have a backup on your computer, restore all your files by connecting your iPhone to your computer. You should be able to click on “restore from backup” and click on it. Once the process is complete, unplug your phone and you’re good to go!

If you had iCloud backup turned on before problems then

Your wifi apps & data will be on iCloud.

Go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will only work if you had iCloud backup turned on before problems.
