Separate health data under same Apple ID

Hello

I have two iPhones, one with myself & the other my wife is using. Both are under same Apple ID. I want both of the health apps collect data from respective user. But what I see when I just setup my wife's health app, its showing my health data. How do I make them collect separate health data for me & my wife on respective iPhone?
