My wife got a iPhone SE today. It’s been updating the iCloud for over 3 hours. Is this normal or what should she do??
What exactly do you mean by updating the iCloud? Are you waiting for it to get everything back on that phone from what was saved in iCloud from another phone? This can take time depending on your connection speed, backing up can also take a while depending on speed of connection as well. Hard to tell if it's normal or not without knowing exactly what is going on. Is the phone using LTE Data or WiFi? That is all going to change what happens with the speed that the phone is connecting which is going to determine how long things are going to take.
