As well as resetting its password have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ? If you have and it still shows as disabled you will have to contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it. If you don't have access to a phone, and won't have one for the next couple of days, try this form (they should reply within 48 hour) : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
My Apple ID has apparently been disabled. I changed my security questions and password as suggested but I get the same error message when I try updating my apps. So I logged onto the website to try and contact someone about the issue and the only solution it offered was to schedule a call. It’s late at night and I have no access to a phone. Surely there is another way to get into my own account.
