Good Day Ma'am/Sir, Im Jimwell Ricalde i have a problem about my apple id i cant log in it because its lock idont think if my password is correct and also i forgot my security code so i cant resolve it please help me.

Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
If by 'forgot my security code' you mean your security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
If you can't reset them : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
