Can anyone tell me the frequently used emoji on the leftside of the keyboard, how is the mechanism work out?

Can anyone tell me the frequently used emoji on the leftside of the keyboard, how is the mechanism work out? will the emoji which I didn't use recently appear or moved to leftside where close to the 1st row of the left (as most always used emoji always on the 1st row of the left)?

As i found that there is some emoji I didn't use lately, but appear in the frequently use emoji or even some emoji position move to 1st row on the left, seems showing that I have used them recently.....
