Buying from Apple.com with Czech Republic card

I want to purchase a new iphone from apple.com. I have a bank card from the Czech Republic that I want to use, but when I try to put in a billing address, there's no option for me to choose Czech Republic. Is it impossible to buy if I have a Czech Republic card? Can someone advise me on this? Thanks!
