Help! Please

It's a simple enough task, depending on the person & available tools; finding a replacement as good as the original can be harder. There's some real junk on sale.

I recently fitted an 'egoway' to a 15" after enough decent reviews persuaded me : so far it's good.

Well, you’ve done your best, and for that congrats- but it may be time to replace your battery- if you go to the big Apple icon at the top left of the screen and then go to ‘ about this mac’ it Should give you some info about your battery or up top on the screen there should be a battery icon. Clicking on that should give you a little help, look for number of cycles left...batteries don't last forever, especially with hard use, so-time to make an appointment, take it in, and get the battery replaced
