How to get a refund on false shopping

I accidentaly bought the final cut app, 329euro, i send to support center but no response after 2 days, i reaaly need to cancel this payment, i never had intensions to buy the app and its important to get the my money back.

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
