Iphone problem with charging

IPhone is new (was bought only 1 month ago), however, it has problem with charging - it can not be charged more than 2 % (charged only after re-loading). This problem appear to be in 5 days.

I will be very grateful to you if you can help me regarding this problem.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2
