My 2011 desktop Mac is running slow after High Sierra upgrade

Hi everything in my computer is running super slow and my microphone wont work anymore either. Please help. I ran an EtreCheck below are the results but I think it is telling me I need more RAM but not too sure.

yes it does, have the same model upgraded back in the maverick days because 4gb was too little, upgraded to 16 from crucial
