Apple TV 3rd a1469 won’t work

So my Apple TV was working fine until I did a restore because I no longer have a remote and needed to connect the remote app and no longer had the WiFi it was set up with. After restore I am getting a rapidly blinking white light and it will not show up on my tv at all. How Can I fix this?
