If your iOS device also has built-in Cellular, an account can be subscribed to go online.

Hi bxbrans. And once you have a WiFi or cellular data connection, use the Safari browser (compass icon) to access websites. You can also install other browsers, like Chrome, Firefox, iCab, etc.
