Missing a live photo

I saved a live video from messenger a little while ago, however now I can only find the still version of this photo. The live version is not in messenger anymore, and it's not on my phone or any of my backups. I don't know what's happened to it but I have other Live Photos from that night that are untouched.

Anyway I can somehow get that live photo back?
