iCloud Windows 10/Chrome logout

Why is there a "stay signed in" option in the iCloud web interface, if it ALWAYS logs me out, if i don't use it for some time?

Please fix it.

I still don't understand how Apple can allow itself to lag behind in those fields as bad as it is right now. Google online services work flawless. And kind of topic: Maybe design an iTunes (Apple Music) online interface... every major competitor has one. Rant over
