El capitan extern harddisk

I have upgraded my Imac to El Capitan and suddenly I can't save to my extern harddisk?

Can anyone help me solve this problem. I haven't make any changes to the extern harddisk and before I could save files to it.

I have two different extern harddisk and it's only one of them i have the problem with?
