I installed the latest version of itunes on my windows 10 pc but now i can,t sync my iphgone 8 plus. Did apple do away with the syncinc capabilities?

my Iphone 8 Plus wil not sync to the latest itunes.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.2
