emails

My emails are not coming through automatically

I have a btinternet account

Also when I enter the app I have to refresh loads of times for the emails to come through

Hey juliefromreigate,

If I understand correctly, you are not receiving emails on your iPhone automatically. That can be caused if the setting is not set to push or if fetch is disabled. The second link says iCloud but the steps are the same for other accounts.

If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Make sure that new data is pushed to your device automatically:

On your device with iOS 10 and later, tap Settings > Mail > Accounts > Fetch New Data and turn on Push.
