Sites restrictions

Hello, I'm using my MacBook Pro as a Hotspot by sharing my LAN internet connection to WiFi. I would like to know if there is an App or a way I can put some restrictions on what websites any device (that's connected to my hotspot) can access. For example if you connect to my hotspot you can only access YouTube and all the websites are blocked.
