iPhone 7 plus on IOS 11.2

i just found out that my iPhone doesn't make anymore the sound when i took a screenshot, the thumbnail doesn't appear in the lower left of the screen, but i can still find the picture in the library.

I don't know if it's a new feature of 11.2 but it was very nice to get the thumbnail to directly access to the modify program.

any clue?

Hi Asialimarco,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community. I understand that you are not hearing any sound or seeing the thumbnail when you take a screenshot on your iPhone.

If you haven't already, I recommend to close out of the open apps on your iPhone, then restart your iPhone and test by taking a screenshot.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're still having trouble after performing those steps, then I recommend to reinstall iOS on your iPhone. This should not affect any of your data, but it is always a best practice to make sure you have a current backup in either iTunes or iCloud. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Once you have a current backup, follow the steps in the section titled "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" from the following article. These steps will reinstall iOS. Keep in mind that these steps were written for a different issue, but they will still help us isolate the situation further. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
