we have a verizon booster at home. my iphone 6 has 5 bars, my wifes iphone 7 has 1bar. how to i get her bars up?

Check your iPhone settings & your wife, see if they are the same?

Ask Verizon for a carrier update for her iPhone.

Go to i books download ios 11 user guide &iPhone 7 guide both are free.

Ask Verizon if there is a firmware update for the Booster.

Also do a forced restart for the iPhone 7.
