Substitute Google Hangouts with FaceTime when calling

macOS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G1036).

Every time I look for a number in Google (say, a Butcher) and click on it to call from my Mac (connecting to my iPhone), I get a pop-up from Google Hangouts as a provider for calls. Isn't there a way (like in preferences) to just have FaceTime call instead?

The only way I know is to highlight the number, and then I can use FaceTime option, but that's annoying.
