Email changing

I’ve forgot my password for Apple ID so made a new id but now can’t use App Store or update anything as it’s still using my old email not the new 1 I made. How can I change it?

If you actually created a new Apple ID, you will NOT be able to update any App Store purchases that you made with the other ID as all of these purchases will be tied to that other ID ... and you will NOT be able to transfer them to the new ID.
