I've just updated iTunes to 12.7.2.58 and all my/your scripts fail with error message
Error: ActiveX component can't create object: 'iTunes.Application'
Code: 800A01AD
is it just me?

Try repairing iTunes from the programs control panel or see the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

Thanks tt2 - i tried a reboot first and that cured it; no idea why it got out of sync.
