iCloud photo sync bug?

Hi! Just bought an iPhone X last week. Bought a 200 GB plan and started uploading the photos I took with the phone. Thing is that I have uploaded around 350 photos no problem, but now all of a sudden photo app u saying that it is uploading 700 photos! I don’t even have that amount of photos on the phone lol. Could this be a big? Anyone with the same problem?

And also, and I guess related to this when I take a new photo it doesn’t show on the app. If I click on the thumbnail on the camera app it shows but not on the camera roll on the photos app.
