ios 11.2 Safari autoplay

Ok I have a metered cellular connection, meaning I only get X amount of GBs per month so NO I am not on unlimited, and when I am in safari the videos on websites auto play. This is eating my data up and I am not happy about it. Is there a way in iOS 11.2 on the iPhone X to turn off auto play of videos? This was not an issue on my older phones..
