PC doesn't recognize live photos

Hello!

My PC (I'm using Windows 7) doesn't recognize live photos. I wanted to import photos from my phone to the computer via USB cable. Computer opens a map with photos, but it only contains the photos that are "normal" and not live. Few months ago, the computer showed the live photos as a normal photo + a short video. But now there is like the live photos doesn't exist. What can I do?
