How to delete this local snapshots, if I wanna try to create a new partion? Actually I get an error... :(

I actually try to create a new partion and get an error:
1. /dev/xy could not be verified completely
2. error: invalid dstream.default_crypto_id (0x4), given apfs_fs_flags (0x1)
Could someone help me please?
