Looking for help with excel app for IOS

=IF(E2<=17,”A”,IF(E2<=22,”B”,IF(E2<=27.1,”C”,”D”))); formula returns error #NAME?

iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.2, Excel app

This forum isn't for Excel, but Numbers, apples spreadsheet program. I think Microsofts website is here: Microsoft Community


However, this could also happen in Numbers so I will answer you here as well...

its the quotation marks. I replaced them by hand and it worked fine. Not sure why your keyboard is typing the other quotation mark, but my Apple Keyboard types the proper one when Shitf-' is typed.


Notice the difference below.


Yours:

=IF(E2<=17,”A”,IF(E2<=22,”B”,IF(E2<=27.1,”C”,”D”)))

Mine:

=IF(E2<=17,"A",IF(E2<=22,"B",IF(E2<=27.1,"C","D")))
