App Store for my iphone 6

I have an iPhone 6 that I have just recenetly Baught 1 month who and it was letting me downlad Games and everything I needed it wasn’t letting me download it but now it not it keeps coming up I have to verify my billing address and that I have done that and it’s still not working so now I can’t download games or anything
